Shipping Policy

Please read carefully before placing your order with us.

Please check that your address and contact details are correct when you checkout, your shipping label is printed directly from the details you enter. Once we have processed your order for packing we may not be able to change these details. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address we may charge you an additional fee to resend. If you need to change shipping details please email hello@rarepatterns.com.au immediately.

• We aim to dispatch all orders in 3 to 4 business days (excluding pre-sale/pre-order items). 
• During launch and sale periods dispatch time may increase to 8 days. 
• Once your order is packed and lodge with our shipping partners, you’ll receive a tracking number (excluding swatches).
• All parcels are sent via Australia Post.
• All sample swatches are sent in standard DL envelopes and do not have tracking.

Shipping costs:

• Free shipping for orders over $150
• Flat rate: $11.95
• Express Post: $16.95

Dispatch is from our headquarters located in regional NSW, delivery times can vary depending on where you live:
• 2–3 business days to major cities (except WA)
• 6-8 business days for regional or remote areas

International:

🇺🇸 USA Customers: Due to the additional U.S. tariffs imposed on imported items we have added additional fees to cover the tariffs.

Shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 25 business days, depending on where you are.

Please note:
• Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
• If a parcel is refused because of unpaid duties, we unfortunately can’t offer refunds, and the parcel may be considered abandoned.
• If you're unsure about your country’s import rules, it’s a good idea to check before placing your order.
